孫立群表示，網路出現台北101疑遭恐怖組織伊斯蘭國（IS）納入恐攻目標，目前還需更精密查證威脅是否屬實。
他說，行政院國土安全辦公室、國防部、內政部警政署、移民署、法務部調查局及國安部門上午已舉行會議研商，除將持續由國安及駐外人員透過情資管道追查網路訊息，並就IS等恐怖組織可能動態進行研析，也要求就研判結果即時分享運用，以預為因應。
孫立群表示，行政院對於恐怖活動已建立應變機制，並與國安單位密切配合，如遇有恐怖事件，將依反恐機制，由負責部會召開先期應變小組或應變中心擔任指揮，納入國安單位及行政部門共同處理，並與地方政府聯合因應。
